The prestigious Wine Route

Burgundy is composed of 1247 Climats, the parcels defined and named centuries ago, which beautifully design the landscape of the region. Enjoy the heritage of the work of the monks, whose know-how passed down from generation to generation to create the current wines of Burgundy. Discover the most famous wine areas in the world: the Côte de Nuits, prestigious for its Grands Cru reds, and the Côte de Beaune, known for its great white wines.

Discovery of famous villages

Tour in la Route des Vins
As we tour along the "Champs-Elysées de la Bourgogne" and visit the vineyards of the two most famous regions, you will discover what makes the terroir of Burgundy so exceptional and the wine production (soil, climate, sun exposition, grape varieties etc...) so individual. You will also learn the classification of Burgundy wines: 1er Cru, Grand Crus, etc.

Cellars visits and wine tastings
Meet typical winemakers’ homes with historical cellars. Wine tastings of the production.

Lunch in a local wine producer
Discover a Burgundian meal made with parsley ham, boeuf bourguignon, cheeses... Paired with wines!

    The day tour last about 8 hours (9:45am to 5:45pm). The transportation is carried out by a professional driver/guide from and to your place of convenience (between Dijon and Santenay) in a luxury Mercedes vehicle.
