Any reservation requests made with Burgundy’s Driver in France company leads the unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


All our prices are package price, that is why we work with a price quotation for each of your transfers. They are calculated and payable en Euros (€) and included all taxes. They include 10% VAT for passengers and their luggages, 20% for any other service. Time and mileage are determined from the company head office. Journeys not specified in the program or exceeding the time slots provided for a service available to the driver and vehicle with unlimited mileage will be an additional billing. Our prices do not include parking fees, driver meals, driver accommodation for distance overnight, entrance fees and access to sites, tastings, costs of organising or any other services not under quotes.


To book a service, 50% deposit is required. It must be received at the reservation when the quote is confirmed. Schedules and itineraries are to be confirmed up to 72 hours before the schedule date. Reservations cancelled by the customer or sponsor within 14 calendar days before the date of the service, resulting in loss of the deposit as a lump sum and irreducible. Reservations cancelled less than 7 calendar days before the date of service will result to cancellation are billed and payable in full.


All our service are payable in cash and bank transfer. All bank transfer fees and other charges incurred in remitting payment (including intermediary and correspondent bank charges) are payable by the client. The company reserves the right to invoice the client for any bank charges deducted from the payment. The contrat for the service is established between the company and the client, and payment of the company is not contingent on the review, approval or payment of any third party.


In the case of non payment on due dates, the company reserved the right to cancel ipso jure, without prior notice any orders which have been booked and/or rescind a sale contract.


The company shall not accept any new work from the client before having received full payment of previous contracts.


People costly transported are insured for value and luggages. Smoking is prohibited in vehicles. Any damage equipment or other damage to the vehicle will be borne by the customer. At the end of the service, clients should be sure to have all their belonging before leaving the vehicle. The company would not be held responsible for any loss or theft.


In the event of the client not being entirely satisfied with the Burgundy’s Driver in France’s service, notification of the specific issues found in the service must be received no later than 8 calendar days form the date of delivery and no claim shall be considered after this date.


Burgundy’s Driver in France will endeavour to carry passengers with maximum comfort until the destination indicated on the confirmation order. However, facts beyond our control may prevent us of our responsibilities perform as: Road accidents creating delays; road accidents blocking all traffic; extreme weather; controls the security forces; vandalism and terrorism; unforeseen traffic jams; strikes and/or demonstrations blocking the road; problems caused by other passengers… Burgundy’s Driver in France would not be held responsible of any of these events.


The company undertakes to treat any information acquired in the service as a professional secret and shall never disclose such information to any third party.


All services commissioned by the client imply the client’s full acceptance of these terms of sales. No other terms of service are in effect until approved in writing by the company.
